Network Engineers and DFT's content providers have adjusted WGRZ (Channel 1002) and WIVB (Channel 1004) to see if the video quality stabilizes. The remaining local channels will be modified if this change works for these channels.

More information will be provided when available. DFT greatly appreciates your patience and understanding while troubleshooting a complex issue.

Update
Network Engineering continues to work with our content and network providers to find a resolution. Due to the issue's complexity, it has been difficult to pinpoint the exact root cause.

Customers may still experience intermittent video issues with local content from the Buffalo market area.

Investigating
We are investigating an intermittent issue with DFT-V Local Channels received from the Buffalo market. Customers may experience intermittent video and audio degradation.

Engineers are working with content and our headend providers to find a resolution.

This issue only impacts Local Stations including, NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX.
