DFT & Netsync Network Operations will be conducting routine software maintenance on Managed Wi-Fi Service Routers, including DFT-provided Gigaspires and Giga-mesh units.

During this period, your router may reboot for up to three minutes. CommandIQ and SmartBiz will be unavailable during this reboot. Please avoid making any changes or unplugging your equipment or endpoints.

DFT Fixed Wireless Maintenance Jan 28, 2026 07:30-08:00 EST

DFT will be performing routine maintenance on Fixed Wireless Internet Services in the following areas -

Gordon Garrow Tower
Arkwright Tower

Customers should not make any changes to their equipment, routers, and endpoints during the maintenance window.  If services do not return after the maintenance window, then customers will need to power cycle their WiFi Router and CPE (Outdoor Radio).
