Monitoring - Users are now able to connect to the Mail platform correctly, messages are available in webmail and clients, but some messages sent between roughly 4:00PM EDT and 5:30PM EDT may not yet be delivered to the mailbox. These messages should be delivered shortly as the mail system processes the backlog.

Services are now stable and being monitored.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue affecting Netsync.net email services. Some customers may experience difficulties accessing, sending, receiving, and synchronizing messages through webmail and email applications. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
