Customers with FTTx service near Bowers Road, Bruyer Road, and Waterman Road in the Town of Stockton may be experiencing service impairment.
A fiber optic cable that serves these areas has been damaged, and technicians are on their way to assess the damage and begin repairs. An estimated time for repairs is not available. Please do not make changes to your equipment or endpoints.
