Netsync Managed Wireless & Gigaspire Upgrades Jan 27, 2026 01:00-06:00 EST

DFT & Netsync Network Operations will be conducting routine software maintenance on Managed Wi-Fi Service Routers, including DFT-provided Gigaspires and Giga-mesh units.

During this period, your router may reboot for up to three minutes. CommandIQ and SmartBiz will be unavailable during this reboot. Please avoid making any changes or unplugging your equipment or endpoints.

If you experience this behavior, please hang up and try your call again.

Please do not make any changes to your equipment or endpoints. If you are not using a SIP Trunk from DFT, this maintenance does not apply to your current VoIP services.
